Elmstone takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade furniture and ceramics. We stand behind our work and offer this 90-Day Limited Warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. If a defect arises due to craftsmanship or material failure, Elmstone will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What’s Covered

• Structural defects in woodworking or ceramics due to craftsmanship errors.
• Failure of adhesives or joinery under normal use. 
• Significant material defects that affect functionality.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dents, or finish changes.
• Damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions (moisture, heat, direct sunlight, etc.). 
• Changes in wood grain, color variation, or natural movement of solid wood over time.
• Third-party modifications, repairs, or misuse.

Filing a Claim

To submit a claim, contact elmstonestudio@gmail.com with the following information:

• Proof of purchase.
• Clear photos of the issue. 
• A description of the problem.

We will review your claim and respond within 10 business days with next steps. If a repair or replacement is necessary, we will provide details on the process, including any applicable shipping costs.
