What is your process?


We start with your idea — whether it’s a sketch, an inspiration photo, or just a concept. From there, we’ll talk details (size, materials, finishes), share mockups, and give you a quote. Once approved, we bring it to life in our Covington, KY workshop and arrange delivery or shipping.
How long does a custom piece take?

Most custom projects take 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity, materials, and our current schedule. Smaller projects may be quicker, while large tables or cabinets may take longer. We’ll give you a timeline estimate up front.
Do you require a deposit?

Yes — we typically require a 50% deposit to secure your project on our schedule, with the balance due upon completion before delivery/shipping.
Can you ship outside of Cincinnati/NKY?

Yes! We ship nationwide. Furniture pieces are carefully packed and shipped via freight or white-glove delivery, and smaller items (like ceramics or signage) ship via UPS or USPS. Local delivery and installation are available in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Can I customize materials and finishes?

Absolutely. We offer a wide range of wood species, stains, finishes, and ceramic glazes. If you have a specific look in mind, we’ll work with you to match it as closely as possible.
